Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine is excited to announce the launch of MyProject, an online resource that will allow Homeowners to follow along with their Project status, find contact information, request services, and more to increase the award-winning experience that the company offers.

MyProject was launched earlier this Summer and will allow each Homeowner to check on the status of each Project in real time and connect with their Design Consultant and Homeowner Experience Concierge with ease.  The website enables homeowners to look over the products that were ordered and provides contact email addresses and phone numbers to team members.

One of the most exciting features is the automated email reminders that will advise the Homeowner about scheduled appointments for measurements, installation dates, and service appointments.  These emails will periodically be sent during the life of the Project and will provide helpful tips and tricks for window operation, cleaning techniques, and a wide variety of information.

As each Homeowner progresses through their Project with Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine, the status of their order will change and alert them of the name of any technician or team personnel that will be arriving at their home for an appointment.

Any Homeowner that pursues a Project with Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine will receive a MyProject account and will be enrolled for free.  A folder of information will also be provided at the time of the Technical Measurements that will include how to log-in to MyProject.  The folder will also include information for when the Project is completed with a Care & Maintenance Packet and other helpful items.

These new initiatives from Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine were developed to increase the already award-winning Homeowner Experience.  Earlier this year, Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine was awarded the “Green Diamond” for exceptional work in the Homeowner Experience for the first time.  The organization was also honored with the esteemed “800 Award” from Reputation.com for the work in the customer relations field.
